Firmware and serial number added to SNMP information

Hi! I'm quite new to Infrasensing but have been using different environmental sensors before. I like alot of things about this product but would like to get more information from SNMP Get such as which kind of firmware my devices are running and the most crucial is which serial number they have.
Even though I can coordinate with my technicians and try to find which device is failing it would've been so much easier if I could just send them the serial number of the device.

Is this solvable or is it perhaps already working but I don't get it with SNMP Walk.

    As far as I know, you cannot get the serial number and firmware version via SNMP as they have not implemented it yet. But if they can implement this, that would be great

    I thought so as well. Feels like a standard thing to include in the SNMP information as well.
