Sensor displaying no data in graph, is online and capturing data

We have sensors devices with correct info for name and IP, however, these problem devices do not show any data in Monitoring software. A visit to the gateway IP shows that both the gateway and attached sensor are tracking data. We are seeing this with a number of gateways, some latest firmware, some one or two versions behind. Updated to latest Monitoring software version with no change.

What are those sensors? Is this issue occurring with all the sensors that have been added to the monitoring software, or is it specific to certain ones?

We have temp and humidity sensors. most are fine. While in the monitoring web page, the device is shown as down, with no data for graphing, if you connect to its IP, it shows data for gateway temp, as well as temp, dew pt and humidity on sensor.

We have been able to overcome this, by deleting the sensor and adding it back again. Same IP, same name. It starts plotting data immediately after we take those steps.
