TVOC Sensor reading zeros

Good morning all,

I just setup my first sensor in production. It is a base unit, sound sensor and tvoc sensor in a really dirty/dusty/smelly manufacturing environment. The sound and temperature sensors are reporting as expected, but the TVOC and CO2 sensors are reading zeros. Surely it should be registering something? Did I miss a step when deploying the sensor or is it malfunctioning?

    Jim, what TVOC CO2 sensor do you have? The ENV-TVOC or the ENV-CO2-VOC?

    If you have no readings, then it could be that the sensor board is not properly connected to the main controller board inside the sensor.

    Does the sensor's led blink green?
