monitor software not recognizing values from Smoke sensor correctly
I have a monitor software installed and getting info from a sensor gateway which has a smoke sensor.
I added the gateway into the monitor, and it recognizes the smoke sensor as humidity sensor. I changed to Smoke sensor but after evertyhing was uploaded and the monitor software received data, it cannot interpret the "OFF" value returned by the smoke sensor correctly ---> instead of interpreting as OK, the monitor software interprets it as "DOWN". It happens with 3 different smoke sensors and 3 different gateways. I appreciate your help to fix this.
