LTE/3G/2G addon can be connected to sensorHub?

we have one Sensorhub connected to the sensor gateway (base) through the 2 sensors ports the base has. We also have a LTE/3G/2G addon module connected to the sensorhub... But we detected that ramdomly the LTE addon "dissapearce" from the sensor gateway setup page and stops sending messages. So we wonder if it's OK to connect the LTE addon to the sensor hub (there aren't sensor ports avialable and the sensor gateway). Is there other reason causing this problem?

LTE add on can be connected using the Hub .. maybe connect it to a different port on your hub and see if that helps
