password disable

Good morning,
one my customer would like disable the login/password request to download the thermal image of a camera.
He will install the gateways in a closed network.

Is it possible?
The problem is: the download will make by PLC that can't be programmed with login/password string.

Could you help me?

    I don't think that is possible, I tried it on my Base-Unit and can't leave it blank.
    Are there any software you can use for that PLC?
    By the way what is the PLC they are using?

    Is possible to put inside the url string the user and password for the system?

    hello, if you have issues on username and password, I think you may try to revert back the SGW firmware to version 7.5 as it also supports Thermal Camera Sensor.
