missing sensor status

I have two base units added to the cloud monitoring account. both base units have built in Temp Sensor and added power sensor. One of the base units ONLY displays the power senor status and not the temp sensor status. The other base unit displays both temp and power sensor status.

both units are the same model HW version 5.1 and are on the same FW of 7.50.
