random timeout with serverscheck windows agent on backup server

Hi :)

i installed the agent on our backup server ... during night when multiple backup occures by FTP the agent stop to respond because of the traffic flood ... is there a solution to get a higher prority ?

other question ... the windows agent check CPU and disk work well ... but can't get the RAM on my servers :o

    the agent seem to be unstable ... if i restart the service timeout disappear ... i enabled the debug mod but nothing wrong in the log :(

    so i installed a batch script on my two servers to restart the agent service every 30min
