Alert configuratiom

Hi Support.

Is there a way to configure a different message, using different variables, when a device changes from DOWN to OK? At the moment we get the same message (apart from the OK status) for both.

Also, is there a variable for the "Remarks" entry in the alert configuration? Perhaps %c for comment field?

    currently there is no possibility to send out different messages depending on the status (apart from the status field)



    Comments can be set through the "Instructions on alert" field in the alert configuration. The value for this is: %a
