Interval Setup on Perf Counter

The web interface for the performance counter interval when you are creating a new check is not there...

    When not being logged in as user but as an Admin it still takes the default time (300 sec) interval. We addressed that fix and will be included in 5.5.1 scheduled for release on Monday
