Netware Monitoring

I have a Netware 4.11 server and am attempting to setup a file exist rule. During setup I can run a successful test, but after setup it will fail with file not found. I assume this is because whatever account it attempts to connect as does not have rights on the Netware Server. Can I change this account info or is there some other trick to accomplish this?
