Alert On Value

pertaining to the other request. where do I find the option to alert on Value?

Do you have any suggestions as to how I can fix the problem I am having with connecting to servers?

is there a specific interval that each check should be performed? would that help with this problem?

I am using version 5.1.13

In the alerts setting of a check of version 5.1.13 you have an option to set alerts only on value.
