ping responce plotting

I am running the PingAvg test but I am bit puzzled by how the result is graphed.

When there is an outage plotted by the “Availability graph” the “Average RTT graph” is not showing an outage, it seems like the “RTT graph” is drawing a line between the last response before the outage and first response after the outage.



How can I get Average RTT Graph to indicate / show an outage?

    It depends on the time of outage. The graphs for values plot the MAX value over a certain period of time (for example 5 minute interval). The availability graphs plots the min value so that when there is an outage, it will always be reflected in the graph
