Remote Services Check doesn’t work

hi,

got a problem with the serverscheck software.



When we used the software(5.10.4) on our windows 2000 server everything worked well. but since we've moved to a windows 2003 server, the remote service check doesn't work anymore...i also tested it on my notebook(windows xp) but it works neither. if i check my local services it's functions very well...as in the manuel described i run the services with administrator rights...and the port 1272 is also open...



i can't figure out where the problem is...

hmm...DCOM is enabled but it still not works...can't figure out why...everything is configured as written in the knowledge base...
