Update

Hello Currently I have ServersCheck release 4.4.0

yesterday i got the latest licence file but I don't have the file update.exe in my ServerCheck main folder.



What should I do for updating my ServersCheck without losing all the current checks?

Copy all *.dat and *.conf files



Uninstall ServersCheck



Download release 5.7.2 and install it



Copy all *.dat and *.conf files back to the main ServersCheck directory

Hello i've done what you've said... only the question is still there if I want to buy ServersCheck, but I got the new licence yesterday...

I have done the following:

- I requested the new licence yersterday and got one

- I downloaded the latest version 5.7.1

- I put the old .dat and .conf files back in the folder

- I put the new serverscheck.lic in the main folder



- I also tried to update to version 5.7.2



When i start ServersCheck the following is in the bottom of the screen that i have the freeware version for only 3 checks.

(The old 26 checks are running but i cant make ant new one.)

It might be that the license file you got is not correct. Please send an email to [email protected] with the license file you got from our systems. Our sales team will verify it and if the file is corrupt then a new key will be generated.
